Mulan opens in Cooper-Young

The newest Chinese bistro opened to guests on February 27, 2012. The starter menu was one page front and back. Entree options ranging from shrimp, crab, and chicken to sea bass. Prices ranged from $10.99 to $24.99. For those not wanting to eat meat, vegetable options were available for less than $10.
Owner Matt Kan said the new location will be open hours mirroring its sister location in Collierville:
Monday - Thursday: 11 am - 9:30 pm
Friday - Saturday: 11 am - 10:30 pm
Sunday: 10:30 am - 9 pm
The full menu, along with the sushi bar, will be available beginning next week. Alcohol will be available in three weeks.
